The upcoming season of Yellowstone is one of the most highly anticipated television events of the year after the Dutton family drama wrapped up another gripping saga back in January. Before the premiere on the Paramount Network, main cast member Kelly Reilly took to her Instagram page to thank everyone who poured their heart and soul into another epic instalment.

Kelly paid tribute to Yellowstone’s cast and crew as she teased the drama’s forthcoming fifth season.

Taylor Sheridan’s wildly popular drama will be back in November and pick up from the Duttons’ latest battle to save the ranch.

The actress has now shared the latest trailer for the series, which shows Kelly’s character Beth continue to war with her adoptive brother Jamie (Wes Bentley).

Anticipation for the new season has reached a fever pitch, and fans have a two-hour premiere and extended fifth outing of 14 episodes to look forward to.

“Hope you are all ready for it,” Kelly wrote in the caption of her post.

“A whole lot of blood, sweat and tears poured into this one.

“Such an enormously talented and dedicated group of people who make this show, I am so proud and grateful to be part of it.”

Yellowstone is primarily written by showrunner Taylor, who has also directed a number of the episodes.

Taylor returns to pen the upcoming, feature-length premiere, with longstanding director Stephen Kay also returning.

The series cast also includes the likes of Hollywood A-lister Kevin Costner as well as supporting stars Cole Hauser, Luke Grimes and Kelsey Asbille.

This season has also added a number of new faces to the ensemble, Kai Caster, Lainey Wilson, Lilli Kay and Dawn Olivieri.

In season five, the Yellowstone ranch’s primary business rival, Caroline Warner (Jacki Weaver), is building up to another ploy to get her hands on the Duttons’ land.

Patriarch John Dutton faces his toughest challenge yet after being sworn in as the new governor of Montana.

Meanwhile, Jamie is still under Beth’s thumb after she filmed him murdering his biological father (Garrett Randall) in revenge for his schemes against the ranch.

Down in the comments of her post, Kelly went on to apologise for a slight error with the trailer.

She wrote: “Sorry I’m sure there is a better version out there where heads are not cut off but I don’t know how to do that lol.”

Kelly’s co-star Cole has also shared the trailer to his eager followers, adding “Enjoy!” in his Instagram caption.
