Meanwhile, Hannah Waddingham appears to teach lessons to the others. One of the girls mentions a myth about witches getting their powers from the Black Flame Candle. She also explains that the Sandersons got their powers from a girl who was killed during a ritual.

As the trailer continues, we get to see a few scenes that are teased in official pictures.

Apparently, the Sanderson sisters will be resurrected and put a spell on someone. This will probably form the prologue of the movie.

On the other hand, the original cast won’t be returning for Hocus pocus 2 subtitles. Omri will be missing and Jason Marsden will not be a part of the story. Also, Larry Bagby will not be a part of the film.

Thankfully, though, there is more than one reason to look forward to the upcoming release of Hocus pocus 2 subtitles. It’s a Halloween favorite. And, it’s getting a Disney streaming service debut. Plus, it has a huge fan following. I know my family and I will be excited to see the film.

Another major highlight of Hocus pocus 2 subtitles is the use of a black cat. While it’s not a major plot point, Cobweb will certainly add some Halloween spirit to the film.

Other minor changes include Mary’s costume, which has been modernized and has one buckle instead of two. She also lost her purple dye in her hair.

However, her sleeves are gold and not dark green, as was the case in the original.
